Refund Policy

Size Exchange

  • You can request a size exchange within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

  • Upload clear photos of the product and tags when submitting your request.

  • All exchange requests are verified before processing.
     

Pickup & Shipping (Size Exchange)

  • Reverse pickup is available in most locations.

  • If reverse pickup is not available:

    • You may self-ship the item.

    • Courier charges will be reimbursed up to ₹200 with valid proof of shipping.
       

Other Details (Size Exchange)

  • Exchange is subject to size availability.

  • A ₹99 exchange handling fee per order applies and will be collected during checkout.

  • If your size is unavailable:

    • Prepaid Orders → Store credit of product value only (shipping & COD charges are not refunded).

    • COD Orders → Store credit of product value only (shipping & COD charges are not refunded).

  • Partial Exchanges → You may exchange only selected products in a multi-item order. The handling fee applies once per order.
     

Product Exchange (Different Product)

  • You may request an exchange for a different product within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

  • Upload clear photos of the product and tags when submitting your request.

  • All product exchange requests are verified before approval.
     

Product Exchange Conditions

  • Product exchange is subject to availability.

  • A ₹99 exchange handling fee per order applies and will be collected at checkout.

  • If the new product is of higher value, the price difference must be paid at checkout.

  • If the new product is of lower value, the balance amount will be issued as store credit.

  • Reverse pickup is available in most locations.

  • If reverse pickup is not available:

    • You may self-ship the item.

    • Courier charges will be reimbursed up to ₹200 with valid proof of shipping.

Returns

  • Important: All approved returns are issued as store credit only. No monetary refunds (bank, UPI, card) are provided.

  • Store credit is valid for 1 year from the date of issue and can be used on your next purchase.

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

  • Upload clear photos of the product and tags to initiate a return.

  • All return requests are verified before approval.

  • Shipping & COD charges are non-refundable.

  • A flat ₹99 return handling fee per order applies (covers pickup, inspection & processing).

  • If reverse pickup is not available:

    • You may self-ship the item.

    • Courier charges will be reimbursed up to ₹200 with valid proof of shipping.

    • The ₹99 return handling fee still applies.
       

Partial Returns

  • Allowed for multi-item orders.

  • The return handling fee is applied once per order.
     

Damaged / Wrong Products

  • If you receive a damaged or wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Share clear photos of the product and packaging.

  • After verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue store credit as per your preference.
     

Non-returnable & Non-exchangeable Items

  • Personalized, custom-made, or final sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

  • For hygiene reasons, innerwear, swimwear, and beauty products are non-returnable.

  • Orders placed using the B1G1 offer code are not eligible for partial cancellations, returns, or exchanges.
