Size Exchange

You can request a size exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

All exchange requests are verified before processing.

Reverse pickup is available in most locations.

You may self-ship the item.

Courier charges will be reimbursed up to ₹200 with valid proof of shipping.

A ₹99 exchange handling fee per order applies and will be collected during checkout.

If your size is unavailable:

Prepaid Orders → Store credit of product value only (shipping & COD charges are not refunded).

COD Orders → Store credit of product value only (shipping & COD charges are not refunded).

Partial Exchanges → You may exchange only selected products in a multi-item order. The handling fee applies once per order.
Product Exchange (Different Product)

You may request an exchange for a different product within 7 days of delivery.

Product Exchange Conditions

Product exchange is subject to availability.

A ₹99 exchange handling fee per order applies and will be collected at checkout.

If the new product is of higher value, the price difference must be paid at checkout.

If the new product is of lower value, the balance amount will be issued as store credit.

Important: All approved returns are issued as store credit only. No monetary refunds (bank, UPI, card) are provided.

Store credit is valid for 1 year from the date of issue and can be used on your next purchase.

Damaged / Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Share clear photos of the product and packaging.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue store credit as per your preference.
Non-returnable & Non-exchangeable Items

Personalized, custom-made, or final sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

For hygiene reasons, innerwear, swimwear, and beauty products are non-returnable.

Orders placed using the B1G1 offer code are not eligible for partial cancellations, returns, or exchanges.
